  @CrystalGwizdala @linfantel Here in Atlanta, Xfinity had the gall to increase a 100MB broadband from 55 to 85 a month. Immediately switched to Google Fiber. Same speeds, only 30 a month, and impeccable customer service

  Hoo boy, is the new XB7-CM modem Comcast sent us a hunk of junk. It shut down at least a couple of times a day randomly, our phone doesn’t work now, and had an internet speed of about 50-75mbps when our plan is for 500 mbps. #trash

  @XfinitySupport Bless your heart! As stated already, support confirmed for me that my account is setup properly. I visited a local Xfinity office. Multiple customers at the office including the person working didn’t get the emails. Shady business practice in play.

  Thought it was just me until I spoke to my neighbors. My @comcast @Xfinity @XfinitySupport account is setup to send a payment reminder email. Last 2 months, no reminder email was sent. Neighbors experienced same issue. Support confirmed email alert setup. #fail

  @StartAndParkCar I don't think that concept being "dead" is such a bad thing, considering you can still do that for Xfinity, Trucks, and ARCA just fine. But $30 million is absurd.

  @adater @comcast The RSN fee when Comcast carried Altitude & ATT was $8. They’ve blacked out Altitude and reduced the fee by $1.25…and they didn’t do that for the first year of the blackout. Now they say this covers all sports networks. Simply not true.
