How long does it take to get fingerprint results back from IdentoGO in PA? ›

Do not contact Identogo Systems or the fingerprint site after your fingerprints have been submitted. Processing takes 2-3 weeks. If you do not receive your results in 2-3 weeks, call (855)845-7434 or visit uenroll.identogo.com.

This process will take approximately 7-10 days once IdentoGO by MorphoTrust has received the card. If your fingerprints are rejected the first time, you will be notified and given specific instructions on how to complete this process for a second time. You will not be charged for a second fingerprint card process.

IDEMIA will provide all Authorization Codes to an email address provided by Customer, in a password-protected file. Customer may distribute the Authorization Codes to applicants via any method of delivery (e.g., email, US mail).

Speed – Our enrollment agents are trained to ensure your paperwork is in order and fingerprints are captured quickly so that you can get on your way. All IdentoGO Centers are equipped with Live Scan systems to ensure quality fingerprints. Results are returned in a matter of days rather than weeks.

The Live Scan Process takes approximately 3-7 days once DOJ/FBI receives your 41-LS form. Out-of-state applicants must complete the FD-258 "hard-Card" manual fingerprint process, which takes approximately 10-12 weeks to complete.

This service will allow you to establish an account that is backed by a major credit card (currently VISA, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX).

As part of the application process, travelers must pay an $78 fee and go through the enrollment process — including showing identification documents and providing fingerprints. The membership is valid for five years.

Fingerprint results are posted to an individual's CRD record typically within 24-36 business hours after FBI receipt.

After five years, the reports are destroyed. Neither PDE or the FBI or IDEMIA stores an applicant's fingerprints. If an applicant is required to obtain a new report, the applicant must be fingerprinted again in order to obtain the report.
