The Grand National is collectible...and can easily be found. Yet regular Regal's outsold the GN's 9-1...now you can't find a regular Regal...only GNs.

Bondurant Vic will be collectible, as will the Marauders, maybe the Sports...other than that these cars are not collectible nor will they ever be.

I own the interior from that car. It was not a roll over but a seemingly minor front end collision that most likely could have been fixed. Not really sure why it ended up in the scrap yard. At one time they wanted 7000 for that chassis, they'll be lucky to get 3000 with the rims..

The Terminator motor is much, much more desirable. The HD/Lightning motors are just a truck motor with a blower. At around 500 hp they scatter parts and don't like to rev. The Terminator motor isn't breaking a sweat at that power level or rpm and they fit many more applications.

Build the Bottom end and do a pulley and Tune and you will get 600hp at the wheels with over 600ft-lbs of torque.

If your looking for a large comfortable ride with that Retro Feel without the Retro looks, then the Panther chassis is your Car. It's the best Modern car from 1979 you can buy.

The HD/Lightning motor is great, the Terminator is just that much better. It alreasy has a forged steal crank, Manley H beam rods, and Mahle pistons. The factory short block can literally handle double the power of the 5.4. 700hp to the wheels without even unbolting a valve cover is the norm and 1,000 hp is possible with the factory short block.

Here's a quote from a very good friend and knowledgeable Lightning owner "Stock blower, but ported case, with the +6lb pulley is usually about 420-430hp and 500-520ftlbs at the wheels. I think I may have seen up to 440rwhp. But those combinations don’t run very long because the stock rods start breaking often at that power level (they tend to run at lot of timing and meth)."
